1 Hour NV SAFE: 2024 Nevada Law Review Course for Qualified Employees
The Qualified Employee (QE) for each office in Nevada is required to complete eight total hours of continuing education annually. This includes:
- Three hours on federal mortgage-related laws
- Two hours on ethics, fraud, and consumer protection
- Two hours on traditional and non-traditional mortgage products
- One hour of Nevada-specific education
This online self-study course satisfies the one hour of required state-specific education. Within the course, students will spend time reviewing state regulations and acts impacting mortgage loan origination activities; perusing scenarios, examples, or case studies; and completing exercises to demonstrate understanding of the content.

An MLO who has completed their pre-licensure education (PE) course requirements in the same year in which the license was approved, is not required to complete CE.
Course Duplication:
A licensee may not take the same CE course two years in a row.
